PROPOSAL FOR USING THE OUTSOURCE CAR WASH

SERVICE

1) Objectives
This proposal is to request for using the outsource service for companys
vehicles.
Currently, we are asking the drivers to wash all the IMU cars during Saturday as
their over time. But, there is time that they are not available to do it as they
have personal matters on the weekend. As we also want to cut the overtime
cost, we would like to propose to use the outsource car wash service as this is
the best option and cost savings.

2) Service Relevance and Needs

As we have to keep the cleanliness of all the cars for all the time, we need the
reliable car wash service that can meet our requirements anytime.
Thus, we would like to send the vehicles to the car wash operator as it is located
very near to IMU (inside Vista Komanwel area) and convenient for the drivers to
send the cars.
They provides a car wash service, vacuum cleaning and also tyre polishing.

4) Our Proposal
We would like to propose Wheel Shine Services as our appointed car wash
operator. The contact person is Mr. Saravanan (017-3470803).

5) Price rate
For the normal rate, this car wash operator will charge RM10.00 per car to the
customer. After discussion with their manager, they agreed to give us the rate as
follows;

6) Payment Term
As discussed and agreed by the car wash operator manager, the payment term
is by weekly basis and in cash payment. To be exact, the payment will be made
on every Monday. We can start sending in the vehicles by March 2013.

7) Conclusion
From this report, we conclude that we shall go for using the outsource car wash
service i.e Wheel Shine Services as obviously it can be a cost saving, hassle-free,
time saving and more rest to the drivers as they can spend their off day. We also
can utilise the driver to do other urgent task on the Saturday such as airport
pick-up, roadshow and exhibition.
