Vision
The Cebu Eastern College is a non-stock and non-profit private institution with quality
graduates committed to serve the local, national, and global communities along business,
scientific and technological pursuits.
Mission
The Cebu Eastern College is a Filipino-Chinese school designed to deliver integrated and
quality education interfaced with Confucian teachings and pragmatic concepts and process to
train and prepare the youth to be active and useful participants and leaders in the world of work.
Goal
The Cebu Eastern College aims to produce graduates who are physically, mentally, morally
prepared to assume their roles and responsibilities in the different vocational and professional
fields where they aspire to achieve.

Objective
The Cebu Eastern College, a student development center which trains a multi-cultural
clientele of Filipino and Chinese, seeks to accomplish the following objectives.
1. To provide the student the environment and opportunities to in calculate the basic skills
and standards of reading, writing, calculation, and problem solving through ab integrated
curricular approach.
2. The strengthen development along cognitive, psychomotor and affective dimensions with
emphasis on values, moral and cultural concerns.
3. To institute educational reforms within the capabilities if the Cebu Eastern College on
innovative trusts concerning the emergent advancement of science and technology.
4. To produce competent, responsible, and productive learned within the educational aims of
Philippine education.

5. To attain higher level of achievements to cope with the basic changes in educational

trends.
