OBJECTIVE:
*My personal assets are: I am able to multi-task in a busy medical and business office environment.
I treat people in my office with respect and kindness and process patients and customers quickly
while making them feel comfortable, important and cared for. I enjoy being around people in
general and I feel my personality allows me to easily diffuse stressful situations with office personnel

* I started in Customer Service. This entailed greeting customers, computer invoicing,
explaining what services we had to offer and what would be best for them and their vehicle.
* In 2005 I was promoted to Assistant Manager. This included shipping and receiving of
inventory. It also, included costing of inventory. It was my responsibility to see that our
customers were taken care of from the time they came into Quick Nick’s until they left after
their vehicles were finished. Because this was a family-owned business, expectations were
exceptionally high for me to set a good example by being courteous, prompt and thorough.
