Set up follow-up appointments for patients checking out.
Preparing the Doctors’ schedules for the following day and making sure every patient due
to come in had all of the necessary paperwork, forms and information ready.

* I started in Customer Service. This entailed greeting customers, computer invoicing,
explaining what services we had to offer and what would be best for them and their vehicle.
* In 2005 I was promoted to Assistant Manager. This included shipping and receiving of
inventory. It also, included costing of inventory. It was my responsibility to see that our
customers were taken care of from the time they came into Quick Nick’s until they left after
their vehicles were finished. Because this was a family-owned business, expectations were
exceptionally high for me to set a good example by being courteous, prompt and thorough.
