Report on staff working times

Introduction
The intention of this report is try to examinate why our office workforce is
having problems with their schedule and offering some solutions
Problems with existing times
Nowadays work hour have been the cause discomfort with the staff in these
days. Our workforce begins their activities at 9 am and ends at 5:30
At this time many employees find difficult to move in the city at peak hours,
many of them get stuck in traffic several hours, these problems are partialy
the cause that staff arrives to work stressed.
for some our personnal staff is dificult picking up their children an also take
them to school. Making the arriving time a problem.
The importance of keeping staff happy
Staff giving up in the last 2 years has suddenly race to 80% more than in the
last 8 years, so that means we have to hire new staff almost 3 times a year
which is making our expenses go up. Otherwhise it's proved that happier
staff works better, and with better results for the company.
Solutions and recommendations
I suggest to our personnal some solutions
Been less strict at the arriving time and give them some minutes to avoid
been admomish
Provide them some assiments to rude their work hours.
