Recoltarea fructelor
n general coarnele sunt destinate industrializrii i se recolteaz mecanizat
prin scuturare. Pentru consum n stare proaspt se recolteaz manual n ambalaje
de volum mic. Fructele recoltate cu puin nainte de maturitatea complet se pot
pstra 2-3 sptmni la temperatura de 3-4C.
Coarnele sunt considerate fructe perisabile.
