Greetings!
In line with the National Disaster Consciousness Month, the Office of the Civil
Defense will be conducting the first RESCUE MARCH CHALLENGE to be held on
July 18, 2014 (3pm). The start of the challenge would take place at the Loakan
Airport and will end at the Melvin Jones Park.
In this cause, may we request your good office to allow us to borrow the
following equipment that will be utilized during the RESCUE MARCH CHALLENGE:

6 raincoats
6 helmets
4 head lamps

Rest assured that these borrowed equipment will be used solely for noble cause
and not for personal reasons
