Guest Speakers: Mary Ann Whalen- talking about SGA External Affairs Committee
to fill out sheet about getting involved in the greater Chattanooga area; fill out
forms about how to get involved with the community.
Advisor Report: Danny- talked about SAE at Oklahoma and putting on a program
in the Multicultural Affairs and how to show a stand against racism tomorrow. We
are in the process of finding an assistant dean and now have 3 individuals that have
been selected that will be coming to the campus for students to get to know; dates
are March 31st and April 2nd. Applications for UIFI and Leadershape are due.
Officer Reports:
VP of Records (Tyler Pelot): Greek Impact will be meeting on Wednesday, March 25
at 5:00 in the Chickamauga Room; Geoff Wilcox is inviting any people that want to
go to the game this Saturday in Knoxville vs. Pittsburgh to sign up on the link
tweeted by @UTC_IFC and @GoMocsManiacs for a free bus ride and ticket to the
game. The bus will be leaving at 8:00 AM on the corner of Vine and Palmetto.

VP of Finance (Kyle Hixson): Working on budget and will have it April 15 th.

VP of Recruitment (Daniel Henson): Working on rush schedule and houose rotations


will be Saturday August 22nd. IFC Pre-Recruitment Retreat will be sometime between
August 15-20.

VP of Judicial Affairs (Austin Wilson): Outline of Roberts Rules of Orders and get
familiar with these rules and how to propose a new idea.

President (Caleb Davis): Greek show is next week and you can pick up your
wristbands next Tuesday. Lead UTC is next weekend. Change to the rush schedule
eliminates everyone with night class and there will be a recruitment event
afterwards as well. Rush Marshall Applications are due next meeting and submit
three per chapter. These applications are being taken more seriously and given
more responsibility than in the past.

Community Service Chair- Susan G. Koman Race for the Cure will be next semester
and wanting .
Intramural Chair- None

Old Business: Brady Thornberry was selected as Intramural Chair.

New Business: Kyle Anderson was nominated as Homecoming Chair.

Reports of Chapters:

Delta Upsilon: None

Kappa Alpha Order: Working on Greek Show and starting initiation practice.

Lambda Chi Alpha: Had a philanthropy event and dropped over 17,000 pounds of
food at local places.

Phi Delta Theta: None

Pi Kappa Alpha: Planning out philanthropy events April 6 through 9 and they
updated by laws.

Sigma Chi: Participated in super food night this Tuesday with Greek community and
they are having an annual crawfish boil with alumni and proceeds go to childrens
hospital; having workshops for the rest of the semester which is an anti-hazing
workshop.

Kappa Sigma: Looking for military day of service for a guy that lost an arm and a leg
where they will help in the building of his house; competing in a national ritual
competition.

Sigma Beta Rho: None

Sigma Nu: Philanthropy week for Delta Zeta; service event is in a couple of weeks
and they are helping clean the campus and also going to a regional institute in
Nashville where Jacob will help facilitate; they had their first committee meetings
this past week.
