STRENGTHS
Alexs mother loves her children.
Alex is very creative and Enjoys painting
He belongs to Indigenous family.
Alex was younger than the other children you
are working with.

CONCERNS
Alex appears to have physical, social and cognitive delays.
Alex has family problems. And not good how to interact with
other student.
Not good socioeconomic condition.

Long term goal:


- As a teacher my first aim will be to stop him to move around and put him on the task. He needs a comfortable
new environment where he can make good friends.
- The way how he bumps other students not good. There should be a visual art work in his table to remind him
about what to do and what do not?
- Can lead to distress, behavioural issues e.g. anxiety, stress, and negative behaviour e.g. hurting other students.
- She is shorter than the other students and they might bully her because of this.
- The family problems may be make him disturbed so he needs proper rest and food too.
- He has to learn how to look after them. As it write down in the task Alex has some cognitive delays so tell him
to.
- Think about the task before answering he can use the stop watch as well to answer the question.

Why did we achieve/not achieve improved student learning?


Its easy to put Alex on task by play based learning. Help him to improve his health by doing health topics in the
task. We can see the progress while assessing his work.
What worked well?
Play based learning and help of teacher assistance will work well.
What do we need to change?
He is a slow thinker so to put him on the task, work needs to repeat four to five times. There should be more
resources to give to students.
How effectively did we manage our resources to support the achievement of students?

Used Excel to show demonstration of the students progress in marks and areas, which they are
struggling in.
