    (Q2 Un-audited): EPS for April-June, 2015 was Tk. 9.41 as against Tk. 8.35 for April-June, 2014, EPS
    for Jan-June, 2015 was Tk. 20.13 as against Tk. 20.37 for Jan-June, 2014. NOCFPS was Tk. (11.25)
    for Jan-June, 2015 as against Tk. (11.05) for Jan-June, 2014. NAV per share was Tk. 197.01 as of
    June 30, 2015 and Tk. 174.84 as of June 30, 2014.
    July 23,2015 BATASHOE
    The Company has informed that the final dividend for the year 2014 has been sent on 14 July 2015.
    The folio holders will get warrants to their mailing address by courier and the BO holders will get the
    dividend through Bangladesh Electronic Fund Transfer Network (BEFTN) System to their bank account

    which is mentioned in their BO accounts.

    The Company has requested the concerned Brokerage houses to provide the name of their margin
    holders, shareholdings, e-TIN numbers as on record date May 10, 2015. The Brokerage houses are
    also requested to provide the Beneficiary name (DP), Bank name, Bank account number and routing
    number to get the dividend amount by June 18, 2015.
