Lucrareadefaipropunecercetareacontinuitiimonarhieiegiptenenconformitatecu
noilerealitipoliticealeOrientuluidedupanul323a.Chr.,maiprecisncontextullumiihellenistice
aprutedupmoartealuiAlexandrucelMare.Investigaiasevafocalizanprincipalpeevidenierea
elementelorculturalespecificeinstituieiregaleegipteneipeanalizacomparativaacestoracucele
alogene, de sorginte hellen. Studiul analitic si comparativ cu privire la caracteristicile monarhiei
lagide va avea ca scop i cercetarea impactului acesteia asupra societii tradiionale egiptene,
generatdeinfluenanoilorevoluiialeinstituieiregale.

Ipotezedecercetare:

Plecnd de la momentul interaciunii celor dou spaii culturale mediteraneene, cel


oriental i cel hellen, lucrarea noastr i propune analiza unui model instituional i cultural al
Egiptuluiptolemaic.Acestapoatecreionaoimaginedeansambluaceeaceareprezentatinstituia
faraonicdupevenimenteledin323a.Chr.Tradiialiterarnepermitessesizmfaptulcodatce
AlexandrucelMareaeliberatEgiptuldesubautoritateapersan,mareleregeapus"primapiatr"la
temeliaceleimailongevivedinastiinonegiptene.Regiimacedoneniaezainscaunulfaraonilorau
lsat ns o profund urm asupra rii Egiptului, mult mai accentuat n comparaie cu oricare

Rezultateleanticipate:

n pofida ocupaiilor strine, Egiptul nu ia pierdut identitatea cultural. Societatea


egiptean a reuit, astfel, si pstreze baza structural i s menin continuitea vechilor tradiii

Aplicaiiiimplicaiiposibile:

Pornind de la cercetarea casei ptolemaice ca factor instituional, investigaia ar putea


continua n vederea stabilirii modului n care Egiptul a fost integrat n Imperiul Roman. n acelai
timp, reacia egiptenilor n stpnirii imperiale, constituie un subiect cu largi implicaii culturale,
instituionaleireligioase.Ambeledireciimerit,frniciondoial,sfieexplorate.
