1. The Annual Meeting was calledto ordet at the Ike lTalton'sLodge, Yellow Lake,WI at 10:10a.m.,
pursuantto the notice sent to all Associationmembersin accordancewith the bylaws.
2. A FinancialReport was presentedbyJill, and rvill be includedwith the minutes.Current annualexpenses
over the past few yearsexceedour annualincome.\\'e havepaid our current rate of $100 since2005.Rising
costsof materialsand labor, aswell as current non-pavingproperriescontribute to our current starus. After
discussionof how much of an increaseis reasonablefor members,a modon was raised, seconded, and
unanimouslyapprovedto raiseannualdues to $125 for the current 2015/201,6seasonand establishduesin
rhe amount of $150 per properw in 2016/201,7and going forward. Due datesfor paymentis on or before

the Annuai Meeung date for the upcomrngseasorr.
The 11 propertiesthat paid prior to the meetingas requestedowe an additional$25 per Property. The
remainingpropertiesshould submit the $125 to secretary,JillHowell.
3. Terry Cadeton proposedmowing along the edgesof the road to help maintain our current gravei
coverageof 20'.Traffic on our roadsprimarily drive down the center tz,therthan on eachside of the road.
This allows tall weeds to grow through the gravel.Mowing once per year in early summer would help keep
the weedslower so peoplewill be more likely to use the entire width of the road insteadof iust the center.
Currently the areaciearof rveedsis 16'wide, but the gravelareaextendsbeyond that to 20'.Teny knows of
a retired Burnett County emploveefrom !ilebster, \XT who would be willing to mow the edgesof our roads
with his own equipment for approximatelv$300,once per yearat the end of June.A motion was madeand
seconded, and it was unanimouslyapprovedto pursuethis mowing affangement.
4. Burnett County Ordinances require a 13'-0" overheadclearanceon drivewaysfor emergencvvehicles.
Terry Cadeton noted that there afe nulnerousplaceson our privateroad that are encroachingon this
clearance. He expressedconcern over damageclaimsfrom fi.retrucks if their equipmentwere to be
damaged. It is not clearthat our liability insurancecoveragewould pav for this kind of damage. We discussed
4 oprions for dealingwith this. A) Notifi' affectedproperty ownersif treesfrom their properry lean or bend
into this areaso they can take careof it. B) Organtzea gfoup effort of volunteer associationmembersto
clear the treesand limbs. C) Hire someoneto do it. D) Do nothing. After discussionit was decidedthat we

will notifi' all owners of affected areason the attachedmap. If owners are able to have their own trees
trimmed, that would be helpful. Otherwise, Pat Kerrigan volunteered to orgatize a work day effort of
volunteers to clear trees and limbs using chainsawsand polesaws. The date for this event will be October 24,
2015at 11:00am.We are hoping to make this a socialevent as pastgroup efforts havebeen, and so N{ary
