of your friends and family! In this fun, interactive
and highly informative 6-week course, you will
learn about:
The History of Astrology, its uses and applications,
and how you can apply it in your own life as a tool
for greater self-understanding.

Astrology is a powerful tool for gaining insight

into yourself and those around you. In this
course, all the basics of astrology will be covered,
and everything you need to know about this
ancient art of divination, from all the zodiac signs,
to planetary influences, to every area of life you
can imagine, will be touched upon! Its main focus
will be on the interpretation of the natal, or birth
chart.
The natal chart is a map of the heavens at the
precise moment and place of our birth. This 'map'
is based on the principle that whatever is born in
a moment of time possesses the qualities of that
moment of time. It can be described as our
astrological portrait, a symbolic representation of
the human psyche, or a map or blueprint of our
inherent character and our potential. The natal
chart's twelve houses, twelve signs and ten
'planets' cover all aspects of the human lifespan,
life areas and human experience.
Your birth chart can instruct and guide you
throughout your life journey, but it is by no
means concrete or inflexible.

This is not a certificate course and there is no
formal assessment for this course. Due to the
flexible nature of Adult Education classes,
parts of the curriculum may be adapted to
suit the needs of the class.

students to commence. If your class does
not have enough students it will be cancelled
and you will be informed.

visiting the Night Classes office or by faxing,
emailing or telephoning your request, or you may
prefer to download the form from our website.

The Adult Night Classes at Casuarina Senior

College is a reputable organisation that has
provided a valuable service to the adult
community since 1987. The night school
responded to community requests for a range of
practical courses to be delivered in a friendly
atmosphere with students learning at their own
pace. These non-accredited courses provide an
opportunity for our students to meet like minded
adults whilst at the same time learning a new
skill. The Adult Night Classes provides learning
opportunities for anyone aged 18 years or
older. For most courses there are generally no
pre-requisites and no assessment or exams.
We pride ourselves on delivering a product
second to none and look forward to your
feedback as this helps us to provide a better
service as well as give us an insight on
the selection of courses our students would like
us to offer.

WHO CAN ENROL?

Anyone 18 years and over. No qualification or
prior knowledge is necessary unless specified in
the course description.
Children may NOT accompany parents, relatives
or friends to class.
YOU CAN ENROL AT ANY TIME

your Bankcard, MasterCard or Visa details handy.
By fax: Fax your completed enrolment form to us
on 08 8928 0020 with your Credit Card details.
Please complete all details on the enrolment
form.
By mail: Send your completed enrolment form
with a money order or cheque - made payable to
CSC Adult Night Classes.
In person: Bring your completed enrolment form
along with your cheque, cash, money order or
credit card to our office.

FEES
Fees cover tuition and in some cases materials
for part or whole of the course. For some
practical courses however you may have to buy
further materials.

REFUNDS
Please choose carefully as:
Course fees cannot be refunded to students who are
unable to attend classes due to changes in personal
circumstances, work commitments or other reasons
beyond our control .

Class fees will not be refunded, once

confirmation and/or commencement of class/
(es) has been made.

In the event of serious illness you may request to

transfer to the following term. Transfers can only be
made once.
A full refund of course fees without a deduction for
the standard administrative charge will be paid if for
any reason the College cancels an advertised course.
