Dear Residents,
Due to some technical reasons, our generator has been
breakdown. Technical person visited our premises and examined the
generator and informed that one of the pistons in the generator engine was
burnt out. So, he has given the estimation as given below:
Spares: Rs. 18,800
Engine Dismantling and Assembling charges: Rs. 9,900
We paid him of Rs. 15000 as an advance amount. This entire repair process
will take 4 days. The Generator will start functioning as usual from 19 th of this
month. So, during this repair period, when there is a power cut, elevator and
common lighting will not function.
