    theirowncountryofIsrael.IsraelwaspreviouslyPalestine,hometotheirownpeople.
    Sincetheircountrywashandedovertoacompletelydifferentgroupofpeoplethe
    Palestinianswerelefthomeless,withoutacountry.ManyPalestiniansgrewangryand
    blamedthattheUSinfluencedtheUNsdecisiontogivetheJewsthecountryofIsrael.
    Oneday,therewasaman,amongtheangeredPalestinians,namedOsamaBIn
    Laden.HeformedAlQaeda,agroupofArabswhowerefuriouswithWestern
    Civilization.In2001,theyplannedtoattacktheUnitedStatesbyhijackingcommercial
    airplanesandflythemintoUSlandmarksandbuildings.Theyflewtwoplanesintothe
    twoWorldTradeCenters,oneintothePentagon,andonethatwasheadedtoeitherthe
    WhiteHouseortheCapital,butcrashedinafieldinPennsylvania.Thisdatewasa
    statementofrevengeagainstwhattheUShaddonebytakingtheircountryofPalestine
    awayfromthem.
    AndbecauseofSeptember11th2001,manyAmericansgrewafraidtoflyon
    airplanesorbeinanylargebuildingssuchasanairportorlargeofficebuilding.

    Americancitizensfearedthatitwouldhappenagain.AlQaedahadinstilledterrorinto
    allofAmerica.
    Andbecauseofthat,theUSgovernmenthadtofindawaytopreventanother
    attackfromoccurring,protectingtheirpeople.Andsothegovernmentestablishedrules
    inairportsandonplanes,suchastheTransportationSecurityAct,HomelandSecurity,
    andthePatriotAct,whichwerepassedamonthaftertheattacksinOctoberof2001.
    TheUnitedStateswasforeverchanged,astheyhadincreasedsecurityatallplaces
    withlargeamountsofpeople.Andeventually,TheUSgovernmentdeclaredwaron
    AlQaedaintheMiddleEastandbecameknowntodayastheWaronTerror.
    AndbecauseofthewartheUnitedStateseconomydrasticallychanged.Right
    away,aftertheWorldTradeCentersweredestroyed,stocksdropped,astheywerea
    primarysourceofstocksandtradingthroughouttheworld.However,amorelasting
    effect9/11hadontheUnitedStateseconomywastheneedtoinvestandspendtrillions
    ofdollarsonthewarintheMiddleEast.AlQaedahadbecometheirnumberonetarget
    andenemy.
    However,eversincethentherehasbeenprejudiceandtensionbetween
    AmericansandArabs,asstereotypeshavearisenovertime.AlQaedaisnotaraceof
    peoplethattheUScaneasilyfindandtarget.TheyaremixedwithintheIslamicculture
    andalloftheMiddleEast.Becauseofthis,itmakesitveryhardtofindwhoisin
    AlQaedaandwheretheyarelocated.SomeAmericanshaveprejudiceagainstsome
    Arabiansandlabelthemasaterrorist.Thisisstillaproblemtoday,asitisanongoing
    issue.
