WELLBORE CLEANOUT OPERATION

Description

Held PJSM and spotted CTU, N2 and Pumping equipment and

filling water for job in M/s. Sprint tank.
Held PJSM and rigged up surface lines, CTU, N2 and pumping
equipment. Mixed 240 bbls of 4% NH 4Cl brine for the job.
Confirmed that swab valve is closed, bled off pressure and
removed tree cap. P/up Combi BOP and installed at the X-mas
tree. Connected BOP hoses with Combi BOP rams and function
tested by opening and closing the rams. Made up Roll-on
connector, pull test the same at 15000 lbs and pressure tested at
4500 psi, ok. M/up SpinCat with the jetting BHA and function
tested same at 0.6 bpm 2200 psi, 0.9 bpm 3500 psi. P/up
injector and rig up at X-mas tree; Pressure tested stripper and
pipe rams at 4500 psi for 15 minutes, ok.
Confirmed that Production separator is bypassed, opened X-mas
tree valves and started RIH CT while pumping NH4Cl brine at 0.2
0.3 bpm. Performed pull test after every 350 m and continued
RIH down to 4940 mRTKB, observed minor weight slack (500 lbs)
at 4915 mRTKB. In the meantime, started mixing 102 bbls of 15%
HCl for perforation wash.

1640 2100

Observed WHFP dropped to zero, pick up CT and started pumping N 2 at

350 400 scf/m, stationed CT at 3350 m and kicked off well. Observed
returns of crude, brine and N 2 mixture in the flare pit. WHFP increased to
600 psi, started RIH for perforation wash.

2100 2400

Pumped 05 bbls NH4Cl followed by 102 bbls of 15% HCl at 0.8 0.9
bmp, nitrified acid with N2 at 350 400 scf/m and started RIH CT.
Continued RIH CT down to 4940 m to reconfirm that wellbore is clear
from obstruction and stationed CT at 4910 m. When acid started exiting
the nozzle pick up CT at 10 ft/min and washed perforations of
Hangu/Lamshiwal and Lockhart. Observed returns of brine and N 2 in the
flare pit, WHFP dropped to 15- 20 psi. Displaced Acid with 05 bbls of
brine followed by N2.

0000 0200

Continued pumping N2 and POOH CT to 3350 m, observed small

quantity of brine/N2 mist flowing the flare pit. Stationed CT at 3350 m and
kicked off well, observed mixture of crude, N 2 and acid in the flare pit.
WHFP increased to 170 psi.

0200 0630 hrs

POOH CT to surface while observing well offloading crude, N2 and acid

in the flare pit. WHFP increased to 284 psi at 24/64 choke. Flushed and
neutralized surface lines with 10 bbls of Soda ash solution.

0630 0900 hrs

Sprint R/down all the equipment. WHFP gradually increased to 300 psi,
switched flow to 32/64 Adj choke.

Current Status:
Well is flowing at 32/64 Adj choke to flare pit with WHFP = 200 psi.
