BOOK

IN A BAG!
Ethan- 15/9/15

Today Ethan presented his book in a bag. The story he bought in to show us was
called My a book. Ethan was very excited to share his book and articulated himself
clearly and confidently when speaking. Ethan pointed out the title and showed great
knowledge of the book, describing the story by explaining He finds heaps of stuff
thats like the number (a). We talked about the letter a and its sound, and as we
read the story pointed out objects starting an a.

When asked why this was his favourite book Ethan responded:
Because I read it all the time and I like to play with it.

The children were engaged when reading the story, even thinking of their own

words that start with an a sound. Thank you Ethan for sharing your a book with
us!
