S$100 POSB Loan Assist Promotion Terms and Conditions

1. The S$100 POSB Loan Assist (Promotion) is available from 15 July 2015 to 31 August
2015. This Promotion is open to new applicants earning an annual income of at least
S$20,000 and who successfully apply for POSB Loan Assist via DBS Quick Credit App.
2. Subject to the terms herein, an applicant will receive the S$100 cashback (Cashback) if:
a. the applicant submits an application for DBS Cashline via DBS Quick Credit App on
or before 31 August 2015; and
b. such application is approved by 15 September 2015.
3. Each applicant who fulfills the conditions under paragraph 2 will have the Cashback credited
to his/her POSB Loan Assist Loan Servicing Account (Account) on or before 15 October
2015.
4. The Cashback will be forfeited if the Account is cancelled, suspended, closed or not in good
standing at the point of Cashback crediting. Good standing is deemed as the Account not
having any past due unpaid as at statement due date.
5. The Cashback is non-transferable, non-assignable and non-exchangeable.
6. DBS may vary the terms & conditions or discontinue the Promotion at any time without any
notice or liability to any party.
7. DBS decision on all matters relating to the Promotion shall be final and binding.
8. DBS may vary these Terms and Conditions without notice, or withdraw or discontinue the
Promotion at any time without any notice or liability to any party.
9. The applicants consent under the Personal Data Protection Act (Cap 26 of 2012) to the
collection, use and disclosure of their personal data by/to DBS and its agent or vendors and
such other third party for the purpose of the Promotion, and confirm that they agree to be
bound by the terms of the DBS Privacy Policy, a copy of which can be found on
www.dbs.com/privacy.
10. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed Singapore law and the customers irrevocably
submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Singapore courts.
11. A person who is not a party these Terms and Conditions shall have no right under the
Contracts (Rights of Third Parties) Act (Cap 53B) to enforce any of these Terms and
Conditions.
