Canada Have Been In A
Recession For 15 Years Now

Synopsis: This intriguing question of whether to build or not to build seems to


change from day to day, and what is more opinions of Canadians and Americans
change just as much. The $8 Million dollar answer depends on some very important
player.
The major players are: the Congress, the courts, the White House, and TransCanada.
Environmentalists believe this pipeline could cause devastating damage on a global
scale. However, this report focuses mainly on the main players who will decide if
the XL Pipeline will be approved. One critism of the article is that the main player in
this entire decision making process are the Canadian and American people who
have suffered a major recession and minimal growth in the last fifteen years.
