Looking at the preexisting building, we start to work with a main idea:

- Create new spaces as courtyards in the project to start an inside

dialog with Zollevereinwhere. With this approax, show that to raise it

up, the f l ,y i n g q u a l i t y o f t h e o l d b u i l d i n g h a s t o b e r e s p e c t e d , s o w e
