InthisProblemofTheWeek,weweregivenaproblemaboutacharacternamedDave
whoiscuttingpies.Dave,beinginanantiestablishment,anticonformistmood,decidestoslice
thepielikePicasso.However,Davegiveshimselfasetofrules,onebeingthatthecuthastogo
acrosstheentirepiethesecondbeingthatthelinehastobecompletelystraightandthethird
andfinalrule,thatthecutsdonothavetogothroughthecenterofthepie.Ourobjectivewasto
findthemaximumamountofpieceswithspecificamountsofcutsbylookingforpatternsand
applyingthatknowledgetotheproblem.
