The above table shows that the calculated value of F is 7.44 which is higher than the table
value of 3.84 at 5% with d.f. being (4,8) for between columns i.e. retailer can influence the
buying behavior of customer and the calculated value of F is 10.70 which is higher than the table
value 4.46 with d.f. being 2,8) between rows i.e. experience of retailers. Hence it is concluded
that there is a significant variance between the sales experience of retailer and retailer can
influence the buying behaviour of customers.
