n fig. 1.2 se prezint schema structural-constructiv general a reductoarelor conicocilindrice n dou trepte. Din punct de vedere funcional se evideniaz urmtoare elemente: I
angrenaj conic ortogonal cu dantur nclinit (curb); II angrenaj cilindic cu dantur
nclinat; 1I pinion conic; 2I roat conic; 1II pinion cilindric; 2II roat cilindric; A1

Din punct de vedere constructiv, reductorul de turaie formeaz un ansamblu compus
din subansamble i elemente constructive. Subansamblele sunt structuri independente, care se
evideniaz printr-un grup compact compus, n configuraie minimal, din cel puin dou
elemente constructive sau din alte subansamble i elemente constructive, n interaciune
permanent, formate inndu-se cont, cu precdere, de tehnologiile de montaj, de ntreinere i
de exploatare.
n cazul reductoarelor conico-cilindrice din fig. 1.2 se definesc urmtoarele
subansamble: SC subasamblul carcas; SA 1 - subansamblul arborelui de intrare, format din
pinionul conic (1I) fixat pe arborele de intrare (A1) care la rndul su este fixat pe dou lagre

(LA1 i LB1 ), se sprijin pe subansamblul carcasa SC; SA 2 - subansamblul arborelui
intermediar, format din roata conic (2I) i pinionul cilindric (1II) fixate pe arborele

intermediar (A2) care la rndul su este fixat pe dou lagre (LA2 i LB2 ), se sprijin pe
subansamblul carcasa SC; SA 3 - subansamblul arborelui de intrare, format din roata cilindric

se sprijin pe subansamblul carcasa SC.

Recomandri practice:
a. Pentru v 15 m/s se utilizeaz ungerea prin imersare (barbotare); adncimea de imersare a
unei unei roi n ulei (1..2)m < h < (68)m (m este modulul danturii) sau, uzual, 10 mm
h < 1/3 din raza roii. Distana de la roat la fundul bii de ulei (34) H < (57)
cu grosimea peretelui carcasei (uzual, = 78 mm). Roata conic trebuie s se afle n
ulei pe toat nimea din seciunea
exterioar a dintelui.
b. Pentru 15 < v 20 m/s se utilizeaz ungerea cu circulaie forat a uleiului, prin
pulverizarea uleiului direct pe dinii roilor n zona de angrenare.
c. Pentru v > 20 m/s se utilizeaz ungerea prin pulverizare n zona plasat nainte de
angrenare.
