Research Question
What kinds of state defense are used in Indonesia and how developed
are they compared to other countries?
Militia: Army, Navy, Air Force, and Marine Corps, all of which are used in
Indonesia (Global Fire Power)
Indonesia still needs to improve on the education and welfare side as many
children are still not getting properly educated (The Economist) and the
Education and welfare wise, Indonesia is lacking in strength. Fortunately, it is possible to improve it by putting
in place programs that help the impoverished such as health care, community, and educational assistance
for those in need (Perdana).
Teachers should be chosen wisely to allow students to learn better (The Economist).
Conclusion
In conclusion, Indonesia uses several different kinds of forms of state defense mainly focusing on militia and
education and the countrys state defense, as a whole, requires improvement.
Compared to the rest of the world, Indonesias state defense is doing well on the militia side however struggling
with education and welfare.
To improve, there are several methods such as providing organized care systems and improving teaching methods
which would be beneficial to the country and its citizens, helping protect Indonesia and improve its state
defense.
