Unfortunately we have not received your premium payment for the (Policy
Effective Date). Please bear in mind that there is 14 day grace period and
thereafter the policy cover will be cancelled from inception, as it is company
policy to cancel a cover where no premium would have been collected for 60
days.
Please remit as soon as possible to avoid policy cancellation and coverage
interruption

It is company policy to cancel client cover if no premium has been received for
60 days from policy inception.
