Unfortunately we have not received your premium payment for the (Policy Effective Date). Please bear in mind that there is 14 day grace period and thereafter the policy cover will be cancelled from inception, as it is company policy to cancel a cover where no premium would have been collected for 60 days. Please remit as soon as possible to avoid policy cancellation and coverage interruption

Please be aware that we have not received policy premium following the last sent email reminder 14 days ago. It is company policy to cancel client cover if no premium has been received for 60 days from policy inception. Unfortunately as per the company policy, your cover has been terminated as at the end of the last payment received pro-rated.
