LABOUR CONTRACT AGREEMENT

This Contract of Agreement is made and entered on this day

of 9th September 2015 between M/s K.KARTHIK S/O V.Karunanidhi
residing at No: 3/2 , V.M.STREET,2 ND LANE ROYAPETTAH,CHENNAI.600014
(hereinafter referred to as (the Owner) of the ONE PART AND
Mr.C.H.NAGESH having his office and establishment situated at M/S
Nageswari construction. No: 26/14,Pallapan Street, Chennai-600 005
(hereinafter referred to as The Labour Contractor) of the OTHER PART.
WHEREAS the Owner K.KARTHI is is on the look out for a
suitable Labour Contractor who can undertake/render services for the
housing construction in respect of construction the job and the labour
contactor of other part agreed to construct the house site situated at Plot No:

3,C B I COLONY, Medavakkam, Chennai-600100 as per the terms and

conditions given below
-2AND WHEREAS theOWNER agreed to supply all raw
materials to site in appropriate time
AND WHEREAS theLabour Contractor has agreed to
undertake the said job on the terms of RS.290/- (Ruees Two hundred and ninety
only) per square foot of whatever the plinth area constructed. Rate include
arranging of labour,civil construction equipment such as column boxes , all
centering materials,scafolfings and all masonry tools. Total area constructed
will be measured after completion of building taken to account and the
conditions set out hereunder:
A. To construct as per Drawing and Details of the job to be given:
B. Rate include complete labour contract to construct the above said
premises with all civil work such as all masonry, R.C.C work (Such as
Roof,columns,Plinth and roof beams ect.,), Brick walls, plastering of
wall,staicase head room, include staircase, sunshades and necessary
R.C.lofts
Additional Workswith extra LABOUR The Labour Contractor will be
paid for the bellow said job

Constructing R.C.C underground Sump @ Rs.07/- per litre

Constructing underground Septic Tank @ Rs.05/- per litre
Weathering course over terrace @ Rs.40/- per square foot
Construction of Compound walls Rs.120/- per Running foot
Construction of Parapet wall at terrace floor Rs.60/-per running foot.
(applicable only for construction of ground floor. This will free of cost If
the construction goes first floor)

The LabourContractor has accepted and agreed and herein confirms that he
shall abide and is willing to execute the work assigned to him in accordance
with the terms and conditions of this Contract of this Agreement
