Dear Mr Principal,

Im writing to convey my disatisfaction about the concert organized on Saturday,

june 15th.
I regret to inform you that from our perspective, the students, the concert have serious
organization problems.
One the one hand the first negative aspect is the music and dance you have been
chosen for the first half of the concert. Indeed is a great choice but not for this concert
because for us, the students, can be very boring. Considering that I write as an organizer
of the extracurricular events I can say that the allotted time for the rehearsals its too
short for things to be well done. I believe that the preparations should start at least two
months before.
I propose some changes like contemporary music and music mixes, choreographers for
dancers, spectacular costumes and a well decorated stage for the performance.
One the other hand the customers should not be neglected. They need to have at
least minimum conditions for a enjoyable viewing.
The high price of the tickets also represents a negative aspect I think that you should
reduce it by half .
In my opinion you should reconsider some aspects about the concert like the one
Ive been mentioned. I hope my suggestions are useful.
