The Pre-advising for Spring 2014 semester will begin on 20-12-13 (Friday).

The procedure for

pre-advising shall be as follows
1. The students will pre-advise in the descending order of the number of credits earned
starting with the highest numbers of credits earned to the lowest.
2. Separate time-slots will be assigned to students based on credits earned. Every student
must complete his/her pre-advising within that stipulated time-slot. No second chance
shall be allowed.
3. Upon completion of course entry in the student software, the student must save the
records and bring a printout of the pre-advised sheet. The student must then sign the
printed copy of the pre-advised sheet and hand it over to the lab assistant/DCO in charge
of the lab where the student has done his/her pre-advising.
4. Students who pre-advise from locations outside the designated university labs shall be
liable to bring a print of the pre-advised sheet duly signed by him/her to the DCO, BBA
Programme.
Students are strongly cautioned about the following matters

Keep your password for entry into the student software absolutely confidential. Do not
even give it to your closest friend and ask him/her to do the pre-advising on your behalf.
Enter your required courses with extreme care as no second chance shall be allowed to
correct them.

Students who will miss the preadvising during designated time slots will have to enrol for
coursesduringadvisingperiodjustbeforethesemesterbeginstherebylosingtheopportunityto
availrequiredcourse.
