Coordinate and develop the agencys print plan which includes


overseeing a $75,000 budget and working with accounting specialists,
Correction Enterprises and park personnel to guarantee each park
receives an adequate supply of print materials for 12-24 months.
Design centennial celebration materials including centennial park
event posters to be sold as merchandise in the Park Store, and used
as marketing material by park staff and interpretation specialists.
Ensures all publication and marketing material content created
accurately reflects the North Carolina State Park systems information,
mission and goals to assure park visitors have a safe and rewarding
experience while visiting the parks.
Provide support to lead designer and marketing specialist to create
and develop graphics for marketing efforts, the website and social
media including both of the following print ready and digital materials:
brochures, map pads, posters, direct mail postcards, e-mail invites,
annual reports, logos and more.
Works with GIS specialists and exhibit designers to edit and maintain
the most accurate and current versions of park maps to assure
park facilities and trails are correctly and consistently represented
throughout the division.
Attend and participate in centennial planning meetings.
Established and wrote SOP for designing, editing and maintaining
records of print publications that outlined the graphic standards for
visual consistency on print publications.
