Hath yogi Nikam Guruji says

Brudha ati brudha aba vyadhite durbal api ba
Abhyasat sidhhi mapnoti sarva yogi swatah tritah.
We get some ability in different fields and think that our learning is over,Is it so a
discussion here under.
Say we can perform
1. Kandha pidasana
2. Dwipada sirasana
3. Kamani
4. Chakra activation
5. Devotion and Bhakti
6. Psychology
But we know more about us when we know the life, god and performance by
other people.
So every sadhak irrespective of his level has infinite scope for yoga to learn as
discussed here under.

Before writing this article I never try to claim myself as a hath yogi as twice I failed
in Pranayam exam of shri ambika yoga kutir. However as far as I know Hath yoga
is a practice of professional breathing through two nostrils and other related mudra

and postures to regulate body, mind and soul as sun and moon do to cycle life
energy on earth.

Mostly I worked in yoga in Thane while I interacted with elephants in Thane.

So openness to learn more is limitless and the journey never ends.May be a jack of
all trades is a master of none but only when you learn different mixing techniques
you may be able to enjoy the truth of this material world.

Laziness and indiffernt attitude are big enemies for yoga learning.Because if you are
a sadhak you feel you are done,if you a child you think it is not time,if you are a
diseased you feel you cannot do and the real concept is far ahead.

And hence the mentality that I learnt everything should be avoided.Only when you
cross this feeling that you proceed towards Hath yoga else one may conclude that it
is not every ones cup of tea.
