Gentleman,
During the service of this organisation you are required to follow the following code of conduct and comply
with following terms and conditions:

1.
Your services are liable to be transferred from one office to another office whether existing or to be set
up in future or whether situated in the same premises, locality or city or outside.
2.
You will not disclose any information to any person or party external to this organisation such as
customer drawings, future company plans, financial data, process data and any other information which may
cause advantage to competitors or harm the company interests.
3.
You will, in all respects, be governed by the Companys certified Standing Orders, Safety Instructions
and all other instructions/orders applicable to your category of employees from time to time.
4.
That in case you remain absent from your duties for a period of 10 consecutive days without any prior
intimation and sanction of leave or remain absent after expiry of sanctioned leave for a period of 10 days, it
shall be deemed that you have abandoned your employment.
5.
You will not perform any action which may cause loss of company property or may harm to any person
within the organisation.

In case of failure to meet above mentioned expectations, relevant management will take appropriate action and
appointment shall be deemed to have been withdrawn and cancelled.
