This Error message is given when opening vouchers in the AP Module from Psoft:

Go > Administer Procurement > Enter Voucher Information >


In order to fix this, user needs to clear their PeopleSoft Cache, see email Hardeep to clear
cache correctly on Citrix Application:
Hi
The cache clearing Citrix tool does not always succeed. Here is a longer procedure that you
can try if cache related problems do not go off after clearing cache through the tool:
1. Log into QA and out of Prod (assuming the problem is in Prod)
2. From QA, go to Edit->preferences->configuration
3. Go to the Common tab
4. There you should see something like O:\PS\CACHE\%USERNAME%
5. Replace %USERNAME% with your operator ID. So for me, it will look like
O:\PS\CACHE\HSINGH1
6. Click on Purge cache directories
7. If you see ERPPROD listed, the cache clearing was not successful. Select ERPPROD and
click delete.
8. Close the windows, but do not log out of QA. Log into Prod and then log out of QA.
9. Cache is cleared!
