Colour Schemes

These are the main colours Im going to be incorporating with my front

cover. I think the colours are stylish modern and connect well with my
target market. As black and white are plain colours Im going to have little
red so that the red that you can see on the front cover will be dashing and
eye catching. I had feedback from fellow student, the main target market
Im aiming my magazine for, asking Zachary Guerroudj and Tia Bennett
weather this colour scheme was good to have for the front cover of a
music magazine. They said they thought it was bold. However this is not
the colour scheme I will be sticking to throughout the magazine as I feel
These colours are also colours that I have
considered for the front cover as I think there
sophisticated and attractive.
I also considered these colours for my front
cover and double page spread because I
think there unique and quite sweet.
These are the colours I decided for the contents
page, h0owever these may vary for the real
thing as I think the makeup Im choosing to put
on my model may be more vibrant. One of the
main reasons I chose to change my colour
schemes is I believe it helps to engage the
audience throughout the magazine. I will be
using white text as I think this is the most
effective. All the colours Ive displayed here I
have considered for all three contents pages,
double page spreads and front covers.
