Responsible for coaching and developing approximately 90 collegiate level student-athletes. Helped to
develop the dry-land and weights training. Work daily with athletes on technique and training in the
water. Facilitate program development through the recruitment of prospective student athletes with daily
contact through emails, mailings, phone calls, and in person communications. Orchestrated recruitment
travel. Manage four office workers hours and assigned tasks for them to do. Plan, reserve, and manage
budget for the team training trip to Florida. Assisted in the hiring of two coaches through reviewing
applicants, assisting in phone interviews, calling references, and helping to organize on site schedules.
Helped coach both teams to three consecutive NCAC conference titles. Helped coach mens team to
three NCAA second place finishes and the womens to three NCAA top four finishes.
