How to make your own Glimmer Spray Mist

Supplies You will need

1. Water
2. Spray Bottle
3. Deco Art Pearlizing Medium (available in
the acrylic paint section) or you can also
use Micra Powder or Pearl Ex. - This is
what will give you most or all of your
“glimmer”.
4. Clear Drying Glue - In the video I used
Aleene’s Clear Tacky Glue
5. Colorant such as a reinker - In the video I
used the Folk Art Metallic Amethyst
Acrylic paint which gave it color and more
glimmer.
Make sure all your supplies are water
based or your sprayer will clog up.

Instructions
1. Fill up your water bottle at least 3/4 full but do not fill
all the way
2. Start by adding your colorant to get the color you
want, especially when using the metallic paints since it
already has some glimmer in it.
3. Add the pearlizing medium, Micra Powder or Pearl
Ex.
4. Test spray to check if color and glimmer is at the level
you want then add either of the above 2 items if you
want more glimmer or color.
5. Add Glue
That’s it!! Enjoy your homemade
glimmer spray mist
