COMIC BOOK ME!

Draw out 3 quick stick figure sketches of what pose super hero you might have

Think about the expression you might be makingare you struggling with
something? Are you super happy? Are you proud? Are you scared? Try drawing 3
EXPRESSIONS BELOW. Use the expression sheet as a guide and the
demonstrations. Try also to draw the shape of the head not JUST as a circle, but try
to think about the shape of YOUR face

Using the BLOCK TECHNIQUE, draw your pose. Use the handout if you need it:

NOW, Draw your pose again LIGHTLY, then add details, erase lines you dont need.
Practice OUTLINING in pen, then erasing your guiding lines:

On the back of this page, plan your cover in detail. Remember to put all the text on
correctly, and try drawing details on your pose. Consider a background that helps
tell more of your story. You will also use this to practice using colored pencils.
