ORDER
Before the Court is Petitioners pro se letter motion to remove his current court appointed
attorneys from the case and to appoint new conflict-free attorneys (docket entry #47). Petitioners
case is currently pending before the United States Supreme Court. The Supreme Court has
jurisdiction over this matter. Petitioner should thus submit his request to the Supreme Court, as
opposed to this Court. It is accordingly
ORDERED that Petitioners pro se letter motion to remove his current court appointed
attorneys from the case and to appoint new conflict-free attorneys (docket entry #47) is DENIED,
although Petitioner is free to resubmit his request to the Supreme Court.
