Skills
I am a skilled classroom teacher that specializes in making an individual
learning experience for each student. I establish a positive relationship
with students and their parents. Additionally, I am an evaluation specialist,
this allows me to assess a students current performance and set
measurable IEP goals for their success in the classroom and beyond.
About Me
I enjoyed living on the east coast and the beauty that fall brings to the
northern states. My family will be traveling to the east coast for winter
break, and I cant wait. As a mom of an active five year old, I enjoy
watching her practice piano, gymnastics, and dance. Additionally, I love
the beauty of this island that I currently live on. There are so many hikes
and beaches to enjoy on the weekend. Ive been here for a year, and there
is still so much more exploring to do. Due to my husbands military career,
I move to a new state approximately every four years. So, I have taught in
Maine, Florida, and now Kailua Hawaii. At the conclusion of my husbands
military career, our family will be moving to New Hampshire as our final
destination. I will enjoy every minute of this island life, but cant wait to
retire in New Hampshire.
Hobbies
I currently, play on a military spouses Kickball league. This was my way of
getting in shape and making friends in a new place. Additionally, I enjoy
hiking, taking my daughter swimming, and relaxing beach days. My
favorite hobby is taking a boat into the middle of the ocean and spending
the day at the sandbar with family and friends.
