for the position of registered nurse in your department. I was initially
impressed with Bryannas passion, communication skills, and professionalism
when I served as her preceptor during her time in the VALOR program. Based
on my time and experiences with Bryanna, I can say she possessed superlative
critical thinking abilities all the while exhibiting kindness and compassion.
Bryanna was an excellent and fast learner by being very willing to take over
new challenges and responsibilities. In difficult situations, she was dynamic
and hard-working, carefully prioritizing patient needs. Her performance was
quite remarkable and it impressed those of us on our Step-Down Unit. Her
prior experiences and training has prepared her to be an excellent asset to
your unit, as she has put in the effort leading to high distinction in her
academics. She also possesses a gentle heart and fervor for community
service as a member of Kappa Delta Chi and demonstrated with years of
volunteer work.
Without hesitation do I recommend Ms. Barcelo for a position as a RN. She
will push herself to continually develop as a strong nurse, sharing her energy,
