The professional goals that Ive selected for the next five year have been a part of a vision that Ive
carried in my heart for several years. When I decided to pursue a career in education, I knew the ultimate
goal would be to eventually open my own establishment. Over the years, I have grown a special
connection with Early Childhood Education and the seeds thats sown into young minds during their pre
and primary education years.
During the process of building a business and establishing myself as a viable resource in the
community I intend to create an atmosphere that will cultivate a healthy work-life balance in order to
sustain longevity and effectiveness, both in my home and the cause that I serve.
My first goal address the necessary skills and training that I will need in order to run a school, gain
credibility and successfully build a solid educational institution.
Goals numbered 2, 3 and 4 addresses developing the framework, completing the paperwork, securing the
funds and hiring the staff to run the facility and work within the establishment. Goals numbered 4 and 5
address expanding the early childhood center into a recognized charter school that cater to Pre-Kinder,
Kinder and First Grade students. My final goal speaks to the sustainability of hard work and dedication
needed to accomplish these tasks and the healthy work-life balance I desire, to promote the longevity and
effectiveness of them all.
