MAIN STAGE PRODUCTIONS:

Meet Me in St. Louis (Fall 2015)

How I contributed:

Designed the faade of the Smiths house


Built and painted walls of Smiths house

How I contributed:

Designed set (Collaborative)


Props Master (I had one co-head) If you look at the bottom picture, you can see props organized behind the
kitchen counter. Because this show was an immersive theatre experience, we needed real food for the actors.
Props crew was in charge of making and plating the food in the black box, and bringing it to the kitchen on
time.

White Christmas (Fall 2014)

How I contributed:

Designed and built grand piano.


This piano had a trap door on top for actors
dramatic entrances. (Collaborative)
Built and painted barn walls (Collaborative)
Built and painted porch swing and train

Running Crew: moved set pieces such as
the porch swing, train, and piano on and off
stage

Into the Woods (Fall 2013)

How I contributed:

Set Construction/Deco: built Rapunzels


tower and painted/decod the main set
with drapes, turf, and vines (Collaborative)
Props Crew: made props (Collaborative)
Running crew: made sure the houses were
removed from the stage quickly

Pride and Prejudice (Spring 2014)

How I contributed:

Set Construction: assembled the walls onto platforms with small castors, and helped mount the two white
French doors
Props Crew: helped bring props on and off the stage
Running Crew: moved long walls during scene transitions to change between the Bennett residence and Lady
Catherines residence.

The Hobbit (Spring 2013)

How I contributed:
Set Construction: helped construct the large cave, which was made out of chicken wire, 2x4s, muslin, and newspaper
Props Crew: helped to store and distribute the weapons in the fight scene; also helped decorate Smaug, a puppet
dragon with inside controls

Set Design Sketches:


PIPPIN

This is a set I designed for Pippin. This concept is a combination of the revival's theme of circus with medieval
architecture (The castle towers, arched doorways, and arched windows). The centerpiece of the set is a rotating circular
platform. The platform efficiently and uniquely transports actors and set pieces onto the stage.

CABARET

This is a hand sketch of a set for Cabaret. The set is a transformed warehouse. The centerpiece of the set is a fireman's
pole. To the left and right of the pole are cargo nets for actors to climb on. Underneath the elevated platform is a
transparent drape which masks the orchestra. On the upper platform, there is an exit, 3 industrial windows and two
sets of crates. Each crate is big enough to hold a person. Actors can come out of the crates.
