MINUTES OF LAST MEETING

The Chairman asked members about progress of the tournament.
i. Izza said that she have sent the letter to Mizi Sport and Al-ikhsan
Company to get the fund, but, they did not reply it yet.
ii. Afiq tell the overall budget for the equipment that need to use in
that tournament. The equipment was included, ball, hamper,
certificate, and medal. The total budget is about RM2248.
iii. Fariq explain about the tournament schedule. 36 team will join this
tournament, with 2 referee.

MATTERS ARISING
Date of the event was not suitable for that tournament. This is because, on
Thursday, student still have class. Student can join the tournament if on
Friday.

BROCHURE
Afiq suggest that, the brochure should have the interesting background.
This because, the interesting background will attract more people to join
this tournament. Izza also suggest that the brochure should have more
picture to make it more attractive.

DATE OF NEXT MEETING

It was agreed that the next meeting would be held in Conference Suite A
on Thursday 12 Disember 2015 at 1100.
