authorized by this project's owner to present these construction plans to PREPA.
2. In compliance with Law No. 7 of July 19, 1985, as amended, known as
Certification Law, I certify that I prepared the electric design of this project following all codes,
standards, norms and regulation approved by PREPA. Puerto Rico Planning Board and Permits and
Regulation.

1. PREPA endorses the electric design shown in these construction plans based on the certification
presented by the designer in compliance with Law No. 7 of July 19, 1985 as emended.
2. PREPA does not assume responsibility over the certified design. PREPA's endorsement does not
relieve the designer from the professional responsibility assumed with the certification on these
project's plans. This endorsement receives neither the builder nor private inspector from compliance
with standing dispositions from National Electric Code; National Electric Safety Code, construction
standards, norms and regulation from PREPA and other government agencies as well as federal and
state laws ruling by the time construction begin.
3. This endorsement is valid for one year. If electrical works have begun during this year, with prior
notification to PREPA, the endorsement will still be valid until work's completion. In case there is not
certified electrical work during a twelve month period, this endorsement will lose its validity.

OBSERVATIONS
1) RELOCATION OF EXISTING LINES AND WORK IN CONNECTION WITH ENERGIZED LINES
WILL BE DONE BY PREPA WITH THE SOLICITOR PAYING THE COST AS INCURRED WITH
PREVIOUS NOTIFICATION BY THE BUILDER, THE ABOVE MENTIONED WORK SHOULD BE
COMPLETED BEFORE COMMENCING THE WORK OF CONSTRUCTIONG THE PROJECT.
2) THE APPROVAL OF THESE PLANS BY THE AUTHORITY DOES NOT RELIVE THE BUILDER
OF COMPLYING WITH EACH AND ALL OF THE REQUISITES ESTABLISHED BY THE NATIONL
ELECTRIC CODE AND THE REGULATION OF THE PUERTO RICO ELECTRIC AUTHORITY.
3) THE APPROBAL OF THESE PLANS IS ON THE CONDITION THAT THE AUTHORITY BE
CONSULTED ON THE CONDITION OF THE ELECTRICAL SERVICE AT THE TIME OF
BEGINNING CONSTRUCTION.

1. The contractor must verify all

dimensions and site conditions
before proceeding with work. If you
find any error, omission or failure,
the contractor shall notify the
Engineer before and / or continue
the work until corrections are made.
The engineer must be notified about
the error, omission or failure and
continuous work the contractor shall
be responsible for any errors,
omissions and / or omissions.
2. All designs and drawings and
prints content issued by "power
system evolution" are the exclusive
property
of
"power
system
evolution" and should not be reused
elsewhere. Except for which they
were specifically designed.
3. Information and documents
presented here are the property of

reproduction or use part or all of
