Some easy ways to lose a pound a

week, as recommended by doctors,
are taking a relaxing hike or a 30
minute walk a few times a week, or
trading out a high calorie meal for a
lower calorie meal once per day.
All it takes is 500 less calories per
day to lose 1 pound per week the
safe and healthy way!

According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention

(CDC), more than half of American adults do not engage in
the minimum cardiovascular physical activity they need, and
only approximately 20% meet recommendations for both aerobic
and muscle strengthening activity.
