Reservations come with four (4) hours free use of the venue. Any hour in excess is
charged 700.00.
Downpayment (50% OF TOTAL AMOUNT, NONREFUNDABLE) and finalization of
packages should be made five (5) working days ahead of reserved date. Any
changes or reservations made after the five-day cut-of are subject to availability
and rush charges of 300.00 per day. Outstanding balance should be paid on the day
of the event.
Dcor is NOT INCLUDED in all packages. Additional setup is care of client. We do
not ofer dcor services but we can refer you to our preferred decorating partner.
Packages are available Monday Friday ( 6PM onwards ), Saturday and Sunday
( whole day ).
Children below 11 years old are free of charge, however are not included in the
minimum head count of 20 persons. Children above 11 years are charged full.
Equipment brought from outside will be charged 500.00 per item. Other amenities
may be provided by the establishment but are subject to extra charges.

CORKAGE FEES:

Dessert bufets: 400.00
Corkage is waived for one (1) lechon and (1) celebratory cake and cupcakes.
