Experience
Cocktail Server for Best Beverage Company (Music Box location)
As a cocktail server, it is my responsibility to take both food and cocktail orders, to serve food and cocktails, to maintain
a clean service station, and to continuously check on customers needs to ensure satisfaction.
Working as a cocktail server at a concert venue, I have learned to work in a very fast-paced, diverse environment while
working with a team and being able to react in unexpected situations.
Hostess at Bootlegger
As a hostess at Bootlegger, it is my responsibility to provide excellent customer service, by greeting every customer that
walks into the restaurant. My responsibilities also include: determining seating sections before every shift, seating
guests, notifying servers of customers I have seated, and working with other team members on the floor to maintain the
flow of the restaurant.
Working as a hostess has given me first hand experience working in the industry, and has drastically improved my ability
to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment, work with a team, and react quickly and properly in unexpected
situations.
As a retail sales associate for Macys, it was my responsibility to provide excellent customer service, which includes:
helping customers, having knowledge of products, multi-tasking, and maintaining a clean, organized sales floor.
Working as a retail associate has taught me to efficiently work in a fast-paced environment, as well as how to multi-task
on the sales floor, simultaneously providing customer service and maintaining the sales floor.
