Subject: Flight from Mumbai to Heathrow on December 7, 2008
I am writing this letter regarding my recent flight on Virgin Atlantic from Mumbai to Heathrow. I
do travel a lot and choose to fly Virgin every time. Unfortunately, on my latest trip I endured
some negative experiences.
The entire in-flight meal, from the main course to the dessert and snacks that I was served turned
out to be anything but delicious. I could not eat anything throughout my whole flight. The
onboard entertainment was also very unpleasant. I was unable to watch the television due to the
bad quality of the screen.
I would appreciate your assistance on this matter as the in-flight meal selection and
entertainment always play a big role for me in having a positive flight experience. I look forward
to continuing my flights on Virgin Atlantic in the future.
