It has been 31 days since I sent my previous formal demand letter dated August 30,
2015 and still, you have failed to pay and still refuses to pay your debt amounted to
THREE HUNDRED THOUSAND PESOS (Php300,000.00) plus FIFTEEN THOUSAND
PESOS (Php15,000.00) as the interest.
Consider this as my second and final formal demand letter to settle your account
immediately. Otherwise, I shall be constrained to commence suit to protect my interests.
