premises on Lease, admeasuring approximately 100 Sq. ft. carpet
(+/- 20%) area with height 10 feet, on ground floor in ready
possession at locations in Mumbai, New Mumbai and Thane for
their Offsite ATMs to be installed on urgent basis.
The premises should be rectangular, facing the main road and
should have independent access with shutter. The premises should
have provision for installation of Air-conditioner in the shop and
permission for installation of VSAT terminal on the terrace of the
same building.
