Goals for Alpha Phi Delta Mu Exec Board 2014

The goals for the exec board 2014 have been made in order to make the Delta
Mu chapter of Alpha Phi the best that it can possibly be. We look to motivate all
members to help us make this chapter amazing in all aspects. With these goals,
weve created more specific goals through each department that we believe
will better the chapter. Through sisterhood, respect and attitude, grades,
academics and scholarship, strong communication and organization,
engagement of members, involvement in philanthropy, and the hope for
consistency and change in culture, we have developed these in-depth goals
that we know will make each member of our chapter the ideal Alpha Phi.
Five main goals for the year:
1. Model the behavior we wish to see in our members
2. Raise GPA by (awaiting grade report)
3. Improve exec board communication to members
4. Improve involvement by hosting events members are interested in without
being mandatory.
5. Emphasize congruence between philanthropy and Alpha Phi values
