Dear Secretary Singson,
Good day, we are graduating Civil Engineering students from Technological institute of the
Philippines- Quezon City Campus, and one of our curriculum requirements is to create a Capstone
design as our thesis. The proposed field of study is the Transportation Engineering. I was given an
assignment to create a design of traffic flow system in a multiple constraints and several trade-offs
for us to select the most economical, safest and sustainable project. The selected project study will
be along Aurora Boulevard in Quezon City, from Katipunan to EDSA.
In this regard, I would like to request from your good office a traffic related data like the
Level of Service(LOS) with Present Volume Capacity and Growth Rate Factor for the following
intersections; Aurora/Katipunan, J.P Rizal Ave., F. Castillo St., Anonas Ave., 20 th Ave., 15th Ave.,
and EDSA,
